Fuel System, Diesel:fuel Injection System:fuel Rail 2021-12-16 · campaign 21V981000 · 1,016 vehicles
Defect: Terex Advance Mixer, Inc. (Terex) is recalling certain 2016-2022 Front Discharge Mixer trucks. The fuel tubes between the fuel rail and the injectors for cylinders four, five, and six may fatigue and crack, which can result in a high pressure fuel leak.
Risk: A high pressure fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of fire.
Fix: Dealers will replace the fuel tubes, and install vibration isolators, free of charge. Owners may contact Terex customer service at 1-800-678-5961.
