Electrical System: Instrument Cluster/Panel 2026-09-07 · campaign 26V575000 · 14,014 vehicles

Defect: Bombardier Recreational Products, Inc. (BRP) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Can-Am Origin, Can-Am Pulse, 2025-2027 Can-Am Canyon, 2024-2027 Can-Am Spyder RT, and Can-Am Spyder F3 motorcycles equipped with a touchscreen instrument cluster. The instrument cluster may reset, freeze, or go blank. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 123, "Motorcycle Control and Displays," and FMVSS number 122, "Motorcycle Brake Systems."

Risk: An inoperative instrument cluster will fail to display critical safety information, such as vehicle speed and warning lights, increasing the risk of a crash.

Fix: The instrument cluster software will be updated over-the-air (OTA) or by a dealer, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 6, 2026. Owners may contact BRP customer service at 1-888-272-9222. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will become searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning September 22, 2026. BRP's numbers for this recall are 2027-2 and 2026-3.

Service bulletins (1)

Technical service bulletins are repair instructions manufacturers send dealers for known issues. Unlike recalls, the fix is not automatically free — but naming the bulletin at the service desk can save diagnosis time and support goodwill repairs.
