Defect: Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2023-2026 Forest River Work and Play, 2024-2026 East to West Takoda, Coachmen Chaparral, 2025-2026 Shasta Phoenix, 2023-2025 Forest River Riverstone, 2022-2026 Coachmen Adrenaline, and 2025 Forest River Cedar Creek fifth wheel travel trailers. The ramp door may break away from the door frame while loading or unloading vehicles.
Risk: A ramp door that breaks during use increases the risk of injury.
Fix: Dealers will install additional support brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 18, 2026.
