Defect: Ember Recreational Vehicles, INC. (Ember) is recalling certain 2026-2027 Touring Edition recreational trailers, equipped with certain Curt Touring Coil Suspensions. The shock bolts may have been incorrectly tightened.
Risk: Broken shock retainer bolt heads and washers may detach and become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.
Fix: Dealers will replace the shock bolts, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 2, 2026. Owners may contact Ember customer service at 1-844-732-4204.
Service bulletins (5)
Technical service bulletins are repair instructions manufacturers send dealers for known issues. Unlike recalls, the fix is not automatically free — but naming the bulletin at the service desk can save diagnosis time and support goodwill repairs.
