Exterior Lighting:brake Lights 2026-07-27 · campaign 26V484000 · 265 vehicles
Defect: Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2025 Entegra Reatta XL, Reatta, 2026 Cornerstone Reserve, 2024-2026 Cornerstone, Aspire, and Anthem motorhomes built on certain Spartan K1, K2, and K4 chassis. The exterior brake lights may remain illuminated when the driver is not applying the brakes. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."
Risk: Brake lights that remain on may fail to alert other vehicles of the driver's intention, increasing the risk of a crash.
Fix: Dealers will replace the pressure switch, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 31, 2026. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267.
Fuel System, Diesel:delivery:hoses, Lines/Piping, And Fittings 2025-04-02 · campaign 25V205000 · 34 vehicles
Defect: Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Entegra Anthem, Aspire, and 2025 Reatta XL motorhomes, equipped with Cummins L9 diesel engines. The remote fuel filter hose may separate from the fitting, causing a fuel leak and an engine stall.
Risk: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire. An engine stall increases the risk of a crash.
Fix: Cummins will replace the fuel hoses, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 15, 2025. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267.
Electrical System:12v/24v/48v Battery:cables 2024-08-01 · campaign 24V577000 · 125 vehicles
Defect: Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Entegra Anthem, Aspire, Cornerstone, Reatta, and Reatta XL motorhomes. The battery cables may not be the correct size, in the correct location, or they may be improperly tightened, which can cause an electrical short or allow the cables to overheat.
Risk: An electrical short or overheating of the battery cables increases the risk of a fire.
Fix: Dealers will inspect the battery cables, and repair or replace them as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed August 30, 2024. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903611.
Forward Collision Avoidance: Sensing System: Camera 2024-05-01 · campaign 24V309000 · 137 vehicles
Defect: Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Entegra Aspire Class A motorhomes. The camera control module may have been installed upside down and flush to the floor, which can allow it to overheat and prevent the camera image from displaying.
Risk: A camera image that does not display decreases the driver's visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.
Fix: Dealers will replace the camera control module, install two brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 7, 2024. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903607.

Defect: Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2022-2024 Jayco Embark, Entegra Anthem, Aspire, Cornerstone, Reatta, and Reatta XL motorhomes. A vehicle control module software error may cause loss of drive power or loss of key safety functions, such as loss of head lights or windshield wipers.
Risk: A sudden loss of drive power, or reduced visibility from a loss of head lights or windshield wipers can increase the risk of a crash.
Fix: Dealers will reprogram the vehicle control module, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 1, 2023. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267.
