Defect: Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2026 Flagstaff, and Rockwood recreational trailers. The waste water holding tank ventilation pipe may not be terminated outside the vehicle, which can lead to sewer gas entering the vehicle.
Risk: Sewer gas that enters the vehicle increases the risk of injury.
Fix: Dealers will install a vent cap, free of charge. All vehicles are still in dealer inventory and therefore no owner notification letters will be mailed. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-574-642-8942. Forest River's number for this recall is 10-1986.
Electrical System: Integrated Trailer Brake Control 2025-08-22 · campaign 25V538000 · 7 vehicles
Defect: Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2026 Flagstaff and Rockwood recreational trailers. The breakaway switch was wired to the incorrect side of the battery disconnect switch, making the breakaway switch inoperative.
Risk: An inoperative breakaway switch increases the risk of a crash.
Fix: Dealers will rewire the breakaway switch, free of charge. All vehicles are located on dealer lots. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-574-642-8942. Forest River's number for this recall is 10-1966.
