Equipment:other:labels 2025-03-04 · campaign 25V140000 · 129 vehicles
Defect: Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2025 Jayco Eagle fifth wheels, Eagle HT fifth wheels, and Eagle HT travel trailers. The certification label states incorrect tire load and tire size information. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of 49 CFR Part 567, "Certification."
Risk: Incorrect tire information could result in the wrong tires being installed on the trailer, increasing the risk of a crash.
Fix: Jayco will mail replacement labels to owners, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 14, 2025. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9901621.
Service bulletins (1)
Technical service bulletins are repair instructions manufacturers send dealers for known issues. Unlike recalls, the fix is not automatically free — but naming the bulletin at the service desk can save diagnosis time and support goodwill repairs.
