Trailer Hitches:fifth Wheel Assembly 2024-11-27 · campaign 24V899000 · 303 vehicles
Defect: Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2025 Arcadia and Cougar trailers equipped with Curt Helux Pin Boxes. The pin box fasteners may have been improperly tightened.
Risk: The fasteners can loosen and fall out, allowing the towed vehicle to detach from the pin box and increasing the risk of a crash.
Fix: Dealers will tighten the pin box fasteners, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 10, 2025. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 24-459.
Service bulletins (1)
Technical service bulletins are repair instructions manufacturers send dealers for known issues. Unlike recalls, the fix is not automatically free — but naming the bulletin at the service desk can save diagnosis time and support goodwill repairs.
