Risk: A foot pad that separates during transit can become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.

Risk: Inoperable safety alarms increase the risk of injury.

Fix: Dealers will inspect voltage readings and correct the wiring as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 2, 2022. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 22-423.
